What is MUSCLEBAR?

Muscle bar is an open air gym, that focuses on bodyweight training and personal enhancement. There are no machines which builds a mind muscle connection and helps in the long term. Everything here works in batches and the batches are taken by certified professionals, the batches consist of 5 to 15 people depending on the timings and there is always a trainer at the floor to guide and motivate you.

Can the plan be paused?

YES, your membership can be frozen whenever you like, just by informing us prior to the pause.

YES, incase someone has any health condition, they can inform the trainers prior to the batch or opt for personal training.

What is Calisthenics

calisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements), such as standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises. They are intended to increase strength, fitness, and flexibility, through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, or swinging, using one's body weight for resistance.

What is a Functional workout

Functional fitness seeks to build strength, flexibility, and balance for navigating the physical world and the objects in it. So for functional fitness, we prioritize natural movements (squatspull-ups) over exercises that are done on a machine (leg presses, lat pulldown).

The Importance Of Nutrition! Proteins, composed of various amino acids are the actual building blocks of muscle tissue. Protein builds, repairs and maintains your muscles, and is very important to the bodybuilder since frequent intense weight lifting puts such a high demand for it on your body.

Training

  • By hiring a trainer, you're creating motivation in several different areas: Accountability: Your trainer will probably ask about your week, wanting to know if you did your workouts and how your eating plan is going. Knowing that you'll have to report and can make you less likely to skip your workouts.
