Muscle bar is a community that enhances your body and helps in building the best version of yourself, physically as well as mentally.  Everything here works in batches which are taken by certified professionals, and there is always a supervisor on the gym floor for assistance and guidance. Calisthenics 

Calisthenics is a type of workout that uses a person’s body weight with little or no equipment.
The exercises involve movements that use large muscle groups, such as pushups. People typically perform these exercises at a moderate pace. They help to improve coordination, flexibility, and strength. Most people can perform these exercises, regardless of the level of their athletic ability. Many of them do not require any equipment. A study published in 2019 found that strength training and calisthenics had benefits for mental well-being and physical health in older institutionalized adults. Calisthenic exercises require no setting up time, you can transition from one exercise to the next quickly and easily which makes your workout effective and efficient.

Functional Training

Functional Training is a classification of exercise which involves training for activities performed in daily life and is designed to help individuals move and perform better in their everyday activities. These types of exercises typically involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups, and consistent adherence can lead to a range of benefits including improved energy, body composition, metabolic function and sleep, and decreases in fat mass, stress, depression and risk of lifestyle diseases. Functional training has easy and accessible exercises despite your age, level of fitness, experience in training, or even time available, a functional workout can be adopted by everyone. 

Personal
Training

Sometimes, the toughest battle is getting to the gym. A personal trainer will hold you accountable; it's not so easy to cancel the gym if you have a personal training session. Personal trainers will create a tailored training program to suit your needs, abilities and goals. They help their clients to achieve health and fitness goals, such as fat loss, muscle gain, improved sports performance and various other aims, by delivering a safe and effective workout program, and providing guidance, support, and motivation. A personal trainer can also teach you proper form, motivate you at all times and help you work around unique or special issues that might need special attention.

KIDS BATCHES

Kids need to stay active and participate in physical activity on a regular basis. Exercise keeps kids healthy and helps them maintain their ideal weight. According to the Centers for Disease Control, children should perform 60 minutes or more of physical activity every day. Calisthenics or bodyweight exercises are recommended for children under the age of 13. Starting children too early with weight training can hinder their growth; most children aren't at a mature age to execute the exercises properly. That is why calisthenics may be performed safely by children to help them improve strength and overall health.

NUTRITION

Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health. Nutrition is an essential aspect of a healthy lifestyle and the importance of getting it right cannot be overstated. Our immune system requires essential vitamins and minerals in order to function optimally. Eating a wholesome and varied diet ensures your immune system functions at peak performance and guards against illnesses and immunodeficiency problems.
